Founded in 2026 and headquartered in Hong Kong, Hytanbio-Tech is a specialized biological research and development entity established to spearhead our global overseas business expansion. Our primary large-scale commercial manufacturing facility, commissioned in 2014 and located in Shaoxing, Mainland China, operates as our core in-house production base.

Microneedle research, development and manufacturing

Additionally, we maintain a dedicated microneedle research, development and manufacturing hub in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. Supported by a 4,000+ square-metre R&D centre staffed by a team of over 40 master’s and doctoral-level researchers, we operate supplementary production facilities across Shanghai, Guangzhou and Changzhou.

Our entire microneedle manufacturing system holds ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certifications, with a maximum daily output capacity of 1 million units for dissolvable microneedle products. We deliver end-to-end microneedle solutions encompassing formulation customization, mould development, prototyping, mass production and comprehensive OEM / ODM services for dissolvable microneedle patches and PLA-based solid microneedle devices.

Peptide production and analytical quality

To underpin our peptide operations, our in-house R&D centre houses multiple full-scale peptide production lines, equipped with large-format peptide synthesizers, imported high-performance HPLC analytical and preparative systems, and GMP-compliant clean laboratories. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ensuring consistent product quality and full regulatory traceability.

Cosmetic ingredients and innovative delivery systems

We specialize in cosmetic-grade peptide raw materials and the development of innovative cosmetic delivery systems. Our product portfolio comprises peptide raw materials, lyophilized peptide powders, dissolvable microneedle patches and dissolvable oral films, complemented by full-chain OEM / ODM private-label customization services.

From laboratory development to commercial production

Bridging laboratory-scale research and development with full commercial-volume manufacturing, we provide end-to-end project support including formulation feasibility assessment, prototype sampling, specification finalization, batch-level quality documentation and complete global export coordination.
